In this event, we will give you a fixed quote for the off-site repair of your computer/laptop, or a service, as well as let you know when your computer/laptop will be returned and the service completed. You will also be kept up-to-date at all times on the progress of your repairs or service while we are working on your computer/laptop or your service.

It largely depends on the nature of the issue, however, the majority of our on-site services are completed within the first hour. If the service is going to take longer, we will provide you with an estimate and get your approval before proceeding further. Be assured that, where possible, your technician will always perform the services quickly, on-site, so you can be up and running again as soon as possible. If it is necessary to take your computer/laptop off-site to repair, you will be given a fixed quote for you to approve beforehand. No surprise bills or extra charges!

For off-site computer/laptop repairs and troubleshooting, or services, we aim to have the job completed and the computer/laptop returned to you within 24 to 48 hours.
